Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will establish long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, aiming to create innovative solutions that address their requirements in a transformative manner. By developing these connections and working collaboratively with peers, you will identify opportunities for enhancement and drive positive outcomes for all parties involved. On any given day you’ll:

• Assist the project manager in the design of municipal and civil engineering projects including site grading, sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, road design, and stormwater management.
• Assist in the preparation of documents such as project specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, agency coordination, permitting, and cost estimates.

Skills and Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a municipal or transportation emphasis.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain this license over time.
• Experience in the following areas are beneficial: municipal design, Civil 3D, road design, modeling (water, sewer and stormwater).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to learn and stay current with the latest design standards and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
