Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a background in storm water and site design to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineer, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project managers in the design of municipal, civil, and site engineering projects, including:
  • Site grading
  • Storm sewer and storm water management
  • Hydraulic and Hydrologic modeling
  • Agricultural engineering design and permitting
  • Sanitary sewer
  • Water systems
  • Roadway design
• Preparing project documents, such as specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, permits, agency coordination, and cost estimates.
• Collaborating with team members to address client needs, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and forward-thinking.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with a focus on site, water resource, agricultural, or municipal design.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to achieve licensure within a defined period.
• Proficiency or experience in:
  • Civil 3D and CAD software
  • Roadway and site grading design
  • Water, sewer, and storm water modeling
  • Municipal infrastructure design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Adaptability to learn and apply the latest design standards and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or familiarity with agriculture-related engineering projects is a plus.
