This project consisted of the construction of a 10,000 square-foot Cobblestone Hotel. A wet detention pond was constructed to provide storm water management for the development. Robert E. Lee & Associates worked with the developer to develop the site layout and provide detailed civil site plans and a detailed storm water management plan.
