The project consisted of redesigning CTH PP from a two-lane rural roadway into a three-lane urban facility with curb and gutter and sidewalk. A roundabout was designed at the intersection with CTH X. The new roadway was paved with concrete pavement and included new storm sewer. The project location is from Viking Road to STH 57, a length of about 1.3 miles. Robert E. Lee & Associates provided design, permits, public relation, right-of-way plat, quantities, and specifications on the project.
