Robert E. Lee and Associates worked with the City of De Pere to produce a regional development plan for street and utility installation. GIS-based mapping was utilized to identify environmentally sensitive areas, and locate areas that would be able to be developed. Potential street designs were produced for these areas, and preliminary utility layout was generated using LiDAR elevation data as reference.
