The project consisted of one mile of milling and resurfacing on Jordan Road, which was in a deteriorated condition with longitudinal cracking and a number of areas of alligatored cracking. There were many areas of broken curb and gutter that needed to be replaced. In addition, there were several manholes and inlets that were in poor condition and needed to be reconstructed. Robert E. Lee & Associates provided survey, mapping, design, and construction administration on the project. ARRA funding was used on the project so it was designed in accordance with the WisDOT process.
