Robert E. Lee & Associates provided site engineering for the development of a new 258-stall student and staff parking lot and fleet vehicle parking lot at the Green Bay Campus. The project began with development of several alternative designs. Upon NWTC’s selection of a conceptual design, Robert E. Lee & Associates prepared detailed plans and specifications. In addition to the site design, Robert E. Lee & Associates prepared a landscaping plan that featured a variety of trees, shrubs, landscape stone and boulders to separate the fleet vehicles from the student and staff parking. The parking lot design also included power supply stations for mobile class rooms.
